Job Description
Mayo Clinic is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant/Associate to join their growing Gastroenterology (GI) Department. The role involves both clinic and inpatient duties, providing direct patient care, telemedicine, and specialist care. The APP will collaborate with other GI physicians and work independently.
Requirements
- Obtain GI specific histories and physicals.
- Order, interpret, diagnose, and communicate diagnostic results.
- Devise and implement care plans.
- Facilitate and deliver patient education regarding GI conditions.
