Senior Medical Director

Lead the clinical development strategy for Maze Therapeutics' APOL1 program and other early-stage clinical assets. Design and oversee clinical trials, guide cross-functional teams, and engage with scientific thought leaders and patient advocacy groups.

Requirements

• MD with 6+ years of drug development industry experience
• Board eligibility/certification and clinical experience in internal medicine and/or pediatrics
• Experience as a clinical study medical monitor
• Experience with the preparation and submission of scientific publications, study protocols, and other clinical-regulatory documents
• Experience in the planning and oversight of early-stage and/or registration-enabling clinical development programs
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the design and conduct of clinical trials and clinical data analysis and interpretation
• Experience leading a cross-functional study team
