Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented Collections Paralegal to assist attorneys in property-related debt recovery matters. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience in collections or litigation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Paralegal Certificate or degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in a law firm setting
- At least 2 years of experience or exposure to debt collection and related compliance laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with legal case management software preferred
