Job Description
This Parts Shipping/Receiving Clerk role involves managing the flow of parts, ensuring they are shipped on time, and receiving parts for technicians. The ideal candidate will be a fast-paced and communicative individual with strong organizational and customer service skills. Previous experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Manage scheduling of inbound and outbound parts flow.
- Communicate with Service department to ensure parts availability.
- Determine appropriate shipment methods, utilize shipping procedures, and handle DOT regulations.
- Accurately enter production part receipts into the ADP system.
- Process import and outbound shipments.
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials.
