Job Description
The Wholesale Parts Counterperson is responsible for locating, arranging, and providing support to automotive parts suppliers. They answer customer questions, process orders, maintain inventory, and work with accounts, all while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role requires strong customer service and organizational skills.
Requirements
- 5 + years' experience (dealership experience preferred)
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills
- Inventory control experience
- Bilingual (preferred)
- ADP experience a PLUS!
