Job Description
This full-time, top secret clearance position is located in Hanoi, Vietnam, serving as the Civil Engineer providing technical engineering expertise for a major construction project. The role involves project assignments, quality assurance, RFI review, cost estimation, schedule management, and on-site inspections, supporting the OBO/Hanoi in ensuring the successful completion of the Hanoi New Embassy Compound (NEC) project. Requirements
- Significant high-level analytical/operational experience with program/project implementation, quality assurance, or construction monitoring.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, preferably with PE certification.
- 10 years of related experience.
- Overseas experience preferred.
- Top Secret clearance.
