Senior Project Manager (Full-time)

Senior Project Manager position available in Dededo, Guam, with opportunities for career advancement and overseas experience. Lead on-site construction oversight team and provide CMa services for large and complex projects.

Requirements

• 15 or more years of experience in construction/project management
• B.S. in industry-related field, advanced degree preferred
• Professional registration, other specific industry-related certification, or advanced specialized technical knowledge
• Ability to manage a large, complex project from conception to completion
• Ability to establish positive and productive working relationships with peer leaders, superiors, and subordinates
• Ability to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, and consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals
• Must have computer skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, email, Internet navigation, web-based tools and other specialized equipment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
