Project Manager - Land Development

McAdams is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Civil Engineering department. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, 7-10 years of experience, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina. They will be responsible for working on multiple projects, supporting business development, and managing client relationships.

Requirements

• Practical experience and knowledge of related discipline
• Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Knowledge of and experience working with stormwater and erosion control regulations and requirements
• Ability to handle working on multiple projects at the same time
• Work well in a group/team setting
• Experience in supporting business development, marketing, presentations, interviews, and client management
• Experience in development of project scopes, programming, and fee proposals
