Survey CAD Technician

McAdams is a full-service land planning, landscape architecture, civil engineering, transportation, and geomatics firm seeking a Survey CAD Technician to partner with Professional Land Surveyor on a diverse range of responsibilities.

Requirements

• Prepares survey documents, including detailed maps, plats, and precise boundary descriptions
• Maintains meticulous records of survey data and field notes
• Assists with preparation of daily field packages and managing field work schedules
• Independently writes legal descriptions for survey documents
• Performs land records research and has knowledge of different governmental offices and the records they maintain
• Assist with staking computations, and possess a general knowledge of construction staking principles and stake markings
• Maintains good client relations to foster and perpetuate a long-term relationship
• Represents McAdams in the field with professional image through proper conduct and presentable appearance
