Job Description
The Physical Therapy Assistant provides a medically prescribed physical therapy plan of care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Provides preventative instruction and rehabilitation of acute or prolonged dysfunction or pain with an emphasis on movement.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Physical Therapist Assistant Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education
- Current Oklahoma Physical Therapist Assistant licensure and Form 5 Supervisor Confirmation required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers
