Responsible for the hands-on execution of our self-perform Building Management System project team. Must have strong skills in the core competencies of safety, quality, profitability, staff development, trade partner management, and client relations at the project level.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Building Automation Experience required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of a 2-year degree in electronics, electrical, electromechanical, mechanical, HVAC, computer programming, information systems or similar technical studies is preferred
- Ability to travel as necessary
- Positive attitude with an eagerness to learn and a desire to excel
- Self-motivated and can work well with others
- Proficient communicator
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
- Must have a customer focused mindset
- Must have a proven commitment to Safety
- Implementation of detailed workplans and THA (Task Hazard Analysis).
- Must be able to use a computer proficiently
- Must have experience with the windows operating system including the Office software suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Must be able to safely and legally operate a vehicle
- Minimum age 18
