MEP Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

McCarthy’s Houston Commercial Business Unit is seeking a skilled MEP Superintendent to lead MEP scopes of work for a healthcare megaproject in Houston, TX.

Requirements

• 7+ Years of experience in Construction/MEP Supervision
• Proven track record as a Superintendent or Project Manager on large commercial projects with values above $20 million
• Thorough knowledge of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and low-voltage systems
• General understanding of building codes, mechanical codes, electrical codes and plumbing codes as they relate to construction of project
• Experience dealing with MEP subcontracts and subcontractors
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
