McCarthy has a great opportunity for a Project Manager with drywall and framing experience. This individual will engage in the bid/estimating process, create and manage project performance and budgets, champion our safety culture, and foster a competitive and creative environment for personal and team growth.
Requirements
- Perform quantity take-offs
- Assist in the pricing of construction projects
- Communicate with architects and consultants
- Conduct reviews of milestone documents
- Co-develop post bid budgets/SOV
- Field change pricing if needed
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors
- Prepare contractual exhibits
- Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Attend industry events and represent McCarthy
- Implement all applicable Safety Programs and EEO/Affirmative Action Programs
- Manage staff members on multiple job sites
- Review and approve project team setup
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the McCarthy/Owner contract
- Oversee the entire field operation to achieve contract compliance
- Assist project staff in development of construction schedule
- Monitor schedule performance and look for ways to improve/expedite
- Become thoroughly knowledgeable of projected costs and contingent liabilities
- Oversee quality management program to achieve contract compliance and quality project
