Job Description
Project Superintendent will lead McCarthy's labor force to achieve optimum performance, communicate with project manager, and assist in development of project plans and schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering
- 7-10 years of applicable field leadership experience
- Experience with large scale commercial, healthcare, education or industrial projects
- Extensive experience directing and coordinating trades
- Strong working relationships with subcontractors, architect and owners
