Job Description
McColm & Company is seeking experienced Role Players to serve as background actors for national security and foreign affairs focused training programs. Role players will participate in live action scenarios to support learning and skills development for government personnel. The position involves studying scripts, performing actions, and maintaining character in various outdoor environments.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a role player for federal training programs is highly desired.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Ability to perform assigned duties, including moving up to 3 km in challenging conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- U.S. Citizenship.
