Associate Scientist, CPD

We are looking to hire an Associate Scientist, CPD immediately at our Technical Innovation Center in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The Associate Scientist will support product development initiatives within McCormick’s U.S. Consumer Products Division (USCPD), contributing to innovation and renovation projects across McCormick’s retail brands.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science preferred, Chemistry or a related technical field considered
• Minimum one year of product development experience in the food industry (co-op and internship experience will be considered)
• Experience in effective collaboration in a team environment
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Passion for food and flavor
