Associate Director, Information Security & Compliance

MCG is seeking an Associate Director, Information Security & Compliance to lead security engineering and compliance efforts for their SaaS products. The role will build secure-by-default platforms, define paved roads for service creation and deployment, and integrate security into CI/CD. The ideal candidate will have experience in product/application security, compliance, or risk management for SaaS, with a focus on HIPAA/HITRUST/FedRAMP regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in product/application security, compliance, or risk management for SaaS
• 2+ years of team or functional leadership experience
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent certification
