Process Excellence Analyst

MCG is seeking a Process Excellence Analyst to join their team in evaluating and improving business processes. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in business process analysis, improvement, and/or project management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis, business process improvement, and/or project management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, study, and interpret complex data and analyze business processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., LucidChart and Confluence Draw.io)
• Experience creating informational and/or instructional documentation using PowerPoint, Confluence wiki, Word, or other tools
• Knowledge of Process Management and Improvement frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma, ITIL v3, TQM or ISO 9000
• Demonstrated strong time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with MCG staff, vendors, and others
