Senior Executive Assistant

MCG is a leading healthcare organization that aims to deliver patient-focused care. The company is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support its Chief Medical Officer, Vice President of People & Culture, and Vice President of Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling key administrative and project management duties, coordinating travel and meeting logistics, and providing exceptional support to the executive team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or similar providing high-level support to C-level executives
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Strong, versatile communication skills—written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, video conferencing platforms, and related applications
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Business partner mindset, capable of anticipating needs and delivering solutions proactively
