The Administrative Assistant will support the daily operations of Campus Life & Engagement by coordinating administrative tasks, event planning and logistics, and communication updates. The role will also involve maintaining the CL&E website(s), event calendars, and planning tools, as well as preparing unit statistics and assisting with meeting minutes.
Requirements
- College Diploma (DEC) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor’s in Administration with 2-3 years of experience
- Strong service orientation, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and internal stakeholders
- Clear and accurate communication skills, both verbal and written, in both official languages
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to support calendars, event logistics, administrative workflows, and planning tools
- Demonstrated attention to detail in preparing summaries, tracking participation, and maintaining documentation
