Job Description
Sally's Apizza is expanding its operations and seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the physical integrity of all restaurant locations. This role involves maintaining restaurant standards, managing repairs, overseeing remodels, and training management teams. The ideal candidate will be highly communicative, able to balance multiple projects, and demonstrate a calm demeanor under pressure.
Requirements
- Maintain high level of excellence in the appearance of all facilities.
- Experience in commercial building maintenance/repair.
- Knowledge of carpentry, painting, cabinetry work, drywall work, tile work, etc.
- Experience in the restaurant industry
- Ability to identify, source and oversee trade sub-contractors
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to work with Power, Water, Gas, and Utility companies
