- Develop and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline internally and externally.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews and prepare calls with recruiters.
- Maintain data integrity and compliance by accurately inputting data into the Applicant Tracking System.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
