Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)

Responsible for leading the nursing department, including budgeting, staff evaluations, and establishing standards for nursing practices. Participate in designing patient care services, managing regulatory and compliance approvals, and partnering with physicians. Create an environment for recruiting and retention of clinical employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution
• Master's degree in a related field
• 10+ years of previous experience in clinical nursing leadership
• License to practice professional nursing in the state of Oregon
• Interpersonal skills to interact with patients, guests, physicians, and other employees
