- Manage and coordinate activities within a highly automated central fill pharmacy.
- Lead and develop a team of up to 2+ leads and 40+ pharmacy technicians.
- Foster a positive work environment to maintain high employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor and achieve service level and quality targets consistently.
- Identify and resolve operational issues by addressing root causes.
- Promote collaboration and teamwork across the central fill management team.
- Ensure operations run efficiently with minimal waste.
- Maintain and enforce current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company regulations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization standards within the central fill facility.
