McKesson is seeking a Strategic Account Operations Manager to provide strategic business development for high-profile pharmacy partners, retaining and growing existing partnerships, and developing strategies to ensure client objectives are met.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact and trusted advisor for key pharmacy clients.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to retain and grow revenue in alignment with McKesson goals and objectives.
- Foster long-term relationships with decision-makers and act as the voice of the customer internally.
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis and reporting to identify opportunities and remove barriers.
- Collaborate across divisions and shared service teams to optimize business results and customer satisfaction.
- Travel to client sites and industry events (approximately 25–30%).
