Superintendent

The Superintendent will head up a multifamily construction project for McKinley Homes US, LLC, a land developer and builder based in Peachtree Corners, GA. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating project arrangements, managing the project schedule, and ensuring all crews adhere to McKinley safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 10+ years related experience in multifamily construction
• BS degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited University or equivalent field experience as a Superintendent
• Proven written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore preferred but also Prolog or similar), etc.
