Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor at McLane Global, you will work closely with the Distribution Center Manager and other teams to ensure efficient warehouse operations and delivery of goods to customers. You will be responsible for planning and controlling warehouse functions, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring quality control. You will also be responsible for maintaining good working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
