Job Description
McMichael Taylor Gray is seeking a Team Lead for their Non-Judicial Foreclosure team in Peachtree Corners, GA. This role involves coordinating foreclosure activities for states of Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and Virginia with attorneys, reporting staff, and ensuring adherence to legal timelines. The Team Lead will document actions and maintain strict company requirements during the foreclosure process.
Requirements
- Work closely with attorneys to oversee foreclosure actions.
- Provide a portfolio of real estate secured loans in foreclosure.
- Ensure compliance with client, state, and federal requirements.
- Document legal documents and manage case files.
- Create and image supporting documents.
- Monitor foreclosure loans and ensure timely closure.
- Effective communication with clients and vendors.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
