Job Description
McMillan Pazdan Smith, a leading architecture, interior design, and advisory services firm, is seeking an Education Planner - Advisory Services to develop and implement solutions for clients with a focus on functional and collaborative designs. The role involves anticipating client needs, managing resources, and leading project teams, with a strong emphasis on strategic business thinking and client engagement. The firm is organized in on-site locations and offers a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or related field
- 15+ years relevant experience on planning healthcare projects (acute, ambulatory, essential services)
- Accredited thought he American College of Healthcare Architects
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and other related tools
- Strong technical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in computational design preferred
- Proficiency in Power BI and Adobe Suite preferred
