Job Description
McMillan Pazdan Smith is seeking a creative and talented Project Architect to join their Civic Team in Atlanta, GA. The role involves providing project supervision, managing client relationships, and coordinating all aspects of projects to ensure they are completed efficiently and cost-effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of building codes, construction techniques, and project management principles.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent
- Registered as a licensed architect
- 8-12 years of experience as an architect
- Experience leading a project team
- Knowledge of estimating project needs
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, and Bluebeam
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative suite and Newforma software
- Excellent grasp of building technology fundamentals
- Thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes, and trends
- Excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Demonstrated cultural awareness
