Job Description
McMillan Pazdan Smith is seeking a creative and talented Project Architect to join their Healthcare team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves providing limited supervision on complex projects, coordinating all project aspects, and serving as a primary client liaison. The architect will work on a variety of features like conflicting design requirements and difficult coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent
- Registered as a licensed architect
- 8-12 years of experience as an architect
- Experience leading a project team
- Knowledge of estimating project needs
- Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, and Bluebeam
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative suite and Newforma software
- Excellent grasp of building technology fundamentals
- Strong time management skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
