Job Description
We're seeking a UX Research Intern who is passionate about conducting product research and creating great, intuitive customer experiences.
Requirements
- In the process of receiving a Master’s degree in User Research, Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Cognitive Psychology, Digital Media Design, and/or related fields
- Interested in understanding our current and potential users by identifying their motivations, needs, expectations, and goals
- Ability to plan and perform end-to-end research (with support/oversight of an experienced UX researcher/lead)
- Familiar with usability heuristics and best practices in UX design
- Prototyping skills and/or the ability to work with design or engineering to create prototypes for user research needs
- Portfolio of work or project work that includes case studies of design and/or user research projects that highlight your process and your role on the project
