Business Development Executive - Veterans Home Care Services

MDC Healthcare is a multiservice healthcare company dedicated to providing the best possible care to patients in their homes. They are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to lead outreach and referral development efforts within the VA Health System. The role involves promoting home supportive services, building relationships with VA staff and veterans, and increasing referrals to help veterans receive in-home assistance with activities of daily living.

Requirements

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with VA Medical Center case managers, community care coordinators, and veteran-facing staff.
• Serve as a trusted liaison between the organization and the VA regarding benefits and eligibility.
• Identify and cultivate referral sources within the VA system.
• Meet with veterans and their families to explain services and assist in the referral/initiation process.
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to onboard referred veterans.
• Attend VA events and community outreach.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and reporting tools.
• Track progress toward sales goals.
