Dock Manager

Oversee and facilitate dock and yard workflow to maximize efficient processes both loading and unloading product, manage dock supervisors, coordinators, and other relevant positions, and coordinate general warehouse activities such as inventory control, storage, and damage.

Requirements

• Ensure inbound product is unloaded, assembled, and palleted properly, according to MDI standards
• Ensure outbound orders are assembled and loaded according to established MDI processes and customer standards
• Manage expenses with emphasis on damage, labor, and supply usage to meet or exceed budget
• Coordinate special projects as assigned by Operations Manager
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations, SQF, and company policies
