Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Vendor Management Manager to join our dynamic event management company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Event Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in vendor management, preferably within the events or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in contract management and vendor onboarding processes.
- Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with event production requirements and vendor categories.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and vendor management software.
- Proficient in SAP Ariba, SAP 4HANA.
