MDPI (Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute) is a leading global open access academic publishing company supporting academic communities since 1996. Based in Basel - Switzerland, MDPI serves researchers worldwide to provide free access to the latest scientific research. MDPI Serbia was established in 2016 to support MDPI’s rapid global expansion. Since then, we have opened offices in Belgrade and Novi Sad. Over the past eight years, our presence in Serbia has grown significantly, with nearly 600 staff employed across ten departments. Our dedicated teams in editorial management, production, IT, and communications, contribute significantly to MDPI's mission of promoting open-access scientific publishing on a global scale.

Production Editor Novi Sad
Bachelor of Science, English level B2, general computer literacy, familiarity with HTML, XHTML or XML, good communication and interpersonal skills
Conference Organizer
BSc or Masters Degree in event-related field, 2-5 years of event coordination experience, strong English skills
Assistant Editor Novi Sad
Master's or Ph.D. degree, advanced MS office skills, strong English skills, and strong organizational and communication skills
Production Editor Belgrade
Bachelor of Science, English level B2, general computer literacy, familiarity with HTML, XHTML or XML, good communication and interpersonal skills
UX/UI Designer
3-5 years of UX design experience, strong portfolio, and Figma fluency
English Editor Novi Sad
A bachelor's degree in any subject, expert knowledge of the English language, experience in editing or translating
Product Owner
2–5 years of experience as a Product Owner, fluent in English, advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, and knowledge of Agile methodologies

A bachelor's degree, expert knowledge of English, editing or translating experience, and excellent time management skills required
