Product Owner

To ensure the development, maintenance, and future redesign of our internal PSAN platform, we are looking for a dedicated Product Owner. This person will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the development backlog, coordinating team activities and aligning the project timeline with business goals.

Requirements

• Drive the delivery of a strategically important, internal-facing product.
• Own and manage the product backlog to prepare for development sprints and iterations.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and align development efforts with strategic goals.
• Track progress and team velocity, validate new product increments, and maintain backlog transparency.
• Ensure non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, scalability, maintainability) are prioritized.
• Develop deep understanding of end users’ needs and ensure those needs are met in the product.
• Lead internal and external launch coordination of the new interface.
• Define the product vision by adopting a data-driven approach (SQL) and process mapping (BPMN).
• Foster a collaborative and productive team culture.
• Establish product performance metrics to inform ongoing and future decisions.
