Office Coordinator - Part Time - Seasonal

Meadows Urquhart is a fast-growing CPA firm seeking a Part-Time Office Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests. The role involves handling office duties, client communication, and coordination of various tasks within the office. Physical presence and a client-focused approach are key. This position requires seasonal availability from February to April and September to October.

Requirements

• Part Time: Ability to work 5 hours, Monday through Thursday, 9AM-2PM or 10AM-3PM
• Recurring Seasonal: This role is required from February 1st through April 15th, September 1st through October 15th each year.
• 2-3 years of related experience preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
• Significant attention to detail
• Client-focused approach
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
