Job Description
MealSuite, a SaaS organization, is seeking a Director, Account Management to join their team. The role involves leading and mentoring the AM team, establishing customer experience strategies, and partnering with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years of direct experience in sales, SaaS, and leadership roles in global customer service organizations
- 5+ years of direct experience with leading and managing a team
- Bachelor’s or MBA in Business, Technology, or related fields
- Ability to travel and hold a valid passport with no travel restrictions
- Thrives in an agile environment with a passion for teamwork and innovation
