Measure Marketing is a performance-driven digital marketing agency seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support seamless project execution across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or similar roles
- Basic understanding of design workflows (branding, UI/UX, creative assets)
- Basic familiarity with development processes (WordPress, websites, integrations) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in EST or overlapping hours when required
