Job Description
MD&A's Corporate Facility in Latham, NY is seeking an Enterprise Applications Manager to lead the Enterprise Applications team and oversee the administration, optimization, and strategic evolution of their business applications ecosystem. This role involves ownership of core platforms such as ERP, CRM, Project Operations, Microsoft Power Platform, and integration solutions. Responsibilities include leading a team, delivering system enhancements, acting as a thought leader in modern software development, and driving strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years’ experience in Systems Analyst, Developer, or similar role in business environment
- 3+ years’ leadership experience managing applications or business systems team
- Demonstrated continued professional growth and development
- Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP administration and customization
- Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 platform
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with integration platforms Workato, MS Power Platform
