Job Description
MD&A is seeking a shop-facing 7FA Gas Turbine Rotor Repair Engineer to support and drive rotor repair engineering from intake through final release.
Requirements
- B.S. Mechanical Engineering (or related) or equivalent technical experience
- 3+ years in 7FA turbine repair, rotating equipment repair, manufacturing engineering, or shop-facing mechanical engineering
- 5+ years in 7FA turbine/rotor repair engineering or rotating equipment repair with shop execution support
- Ability to read drawings/prints, work with measurement data, and interpret inspection/NDE outputs
- Comfortable being on the shop floor, partnering with Operations/Machining/Welding/NDE, and driving technical items to closure
