Vice President, Contract Management & Pricing - REMOTE

The Vice President, Contract Management & Pricing will lead Med-Metrix’s enterprise contract management and pricing functions, overseeing the contract management analyst team and serving as the primary liaison between Contract Management, Product Strategy, and Software Development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in managed care contract management, hospital/physician pricing, or revenue cycle analytics, with 5+ years in leadership roles
• Deep knowledge of payer contract structures, pricing methodologies, government reimbursement, and contract interpretation
• Experience partnering with development/product teams on requirements and product solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel and technical aptitude related to pricing logic and data validation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
