Job Description
Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a Molecular Pathologist to lead their molecular diagnostics and pharmacogenomics (PGx) efforts in skilled nursing facilities (SNF), long-term care (LTC), and geriatric settings. The role involves reviewing test results, integrating them into resident medication plans, and optimizing treatments for older adults. This position focuses on reducing adverse drug events, improving medication management outcomes, and minimizing hospitalizations.
Requirements
- MD or MD/PhD with board certification in molecular genetics, genomics, or similar.
- Clinical experience interpreting molecular/PGx testing in older adult populations.
- Familiarity with NGS, qPCR, variant annotation, and bioinformatics.
- Strong clinical judgment in medication safety and pharmacogenomics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in quality improvement and outcome monitoring.
