Job Description
Monks is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex technical projects. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects align with requirements. They will develop strategies for compliance with industry certifications and operational reporting. This is a hybrid position.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of APIs, SaaS product development, cloud-native systems, and responsive web applications
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- PMP or Scrum Master certification (a plus)
