Job Description
Monks is seeking an Associate Creative Director with an art direction background to lead projects, develop concepts, and manage creative teams. The role requires a strong portfolio demonstrating art direction skills, leading and mentoring creatives, and pitching to clients. This is a hands-on role that requires strategic thinking and the integration of new technologies like AI.
Requirements
- Experience: 4-6 years of professional creative experience in advertising or production agencies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in art direction
- Experience with animation is a major plus
- Leadership skills including empowerment and critical feedback
- Strategic planning and presentation skills
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
