Job Description
Monks is seeking a Digital Media Team Manager for their Japan operations. This role involves leading and managing a team of account managers, analyzing data, collaborating with other teams, and strategic planning for the Japan region. The team's purpose is to support the business operations and the customer experience through a variety of advertising solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in online advertising
- 2+ years’ experience in managing a team of at least 2+ people
- Technical expertise with in-scope technology solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead client meetings/summits
- Expert written and verbal communication in English and Japanese
