Job Description
Monks is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for the APAC region to enhance outbound marketing and drive sales. This is a 6-month contract role reporting to the APAC Managing Director, focused on expanding MQL and SQL volume. The role involves event management, stakeholder collaboration, performance measurement, and content planning.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a growth marketing role, preferably in sectors like ad-tech or mar-tech.
- Strong understanding of outbound marketing techniques and demand generation strategies.
- Experience with online marketing tools and techniques (SEO/SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset.
