- Leadership and management of the media team
- Identify technical and behavioral gaps in the team
- Encourage internal knowledge exchange
- Actively participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes of the media team
- Be a technical and strategic reference point for the team
- Support agency leadership in presenting results
- Work together with areas such as BI, creation, and service
