We are looking for a Facilities Manager to manage all routine facility-related matters, optimize current processes, and have experience working with external partners.
Requirements
- HBO degree in Facility Management, Technical Management or a related field
- Knowledge of FM-related legislation, the Building Code, ISO and NEN standards
- Excellent command of Dutch and English in word and writing
- Relevant experience in Facility Management, preferably in retail or hospitality
- Expertise in MS-Office applications (Excel) and FM software
- Affinity with technical installations, construction, and interior design
- Leadership experience with a hands-on, result-oriented approach
